Naltar Valley Pakistan is one of the most beautiful places in Pakistan to visit. It is also famous for its colorful lakes. There are many lakes in this valley reflecting different colors. In other words, people also name it as a piece of paradise on earth.
Location of Naltar Valley

Naltar Lakes
As it is mentioned earlier that this valley is famous for its colorful lakes. However, there are three lakes in the valley. The name of these lakes is Bashkiri Lakes. These lakes are at a distance of 13 kilometers from Naltar Bala. Moreover, the local names of these lakes are Chimo Bari (Fish Lake), Chakar Bari (Multiends lake), and Bodolok Bari (Turbid Lake).
Season to visit Naltar Valley
The best season to visit this valley is the summer season. However, if you are strong enough then you may visit in winter also. Because in winter, due to snow falling mostly paths get blocked. Moreover, the snow falls 10-15 feet high on the road and tourists find it impossible to travel on vehicles.
Facilities for Tourists
As the Naltar valley is the most attractive place in Northern Pakistan so tourists often visit it. Moreover, the valley presents a variety of flora, fauna as well as natural scenery. And in the Summer, a large number of tourists head there. The government has established many rest houses and other things to facilitate them. GBPWD Resthouse is one of the oldest rest houses in the valley. Similarly, many private accommodations are also available there. Mehman Resort is one of the famous resorts in the valley.
